MoClaw is operated by the company behind the MoClaw AI platform (“we” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data flows through the MoClaw platform and our related websites (together, the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It works alongside our Terms of Use.
Using the Service means you’ve read this policy and understand how your data moves through it.
1. Personal Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account info. Your name, email, and authentication credentials when you sign up — including the data passed through any third-party login you use (Google sign-in, for example).
- What you send us. The prompts, messages, files, and other content you supply (the “Input”), and the responses MoClaw produces (the “Output”).
- Support and feedback. Anything you share when you reach out about a bug, a feature request, or a problem.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and connection. IP address, device type, operating system, browser, and the city or country it resolves to.
- Activity logs. Server records of when you access the Service, the pages you view, where you came from, and the actions you take while you’re inside.
- Cookies. Essential session cookies keep you logged in. Where we use analytics, the signals captured are aggregated and anonymized — page views, feature usage, performance numbers — and not tied back to individual users.
2. How We Use Your Information
The data above powers four jobs:
- Running the Service. Sending your Input through AI models and returning Output, plus the routine work of keeping accounts, sessions, and history in order.
- Account and communications. Confirming you’re you, and reaching you when something needs your attention — security alerts, billing notes, material policy changes.
- Reliability and improvement. Diagnosing bugs, watching performance, and shaping the product based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
- Safety and legal duties. Detecting fraud and abuse, protecting the platform from attack, and meeting applicable laws or lawful requests.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell personal information. The narrow situations in which it leaves our systems:
- AI model providers. Your Input is forwarded to the third-party model providers that generate Output on our behalf. They process the data only for that purpose, and our contracts with them prohibit using it to train their own models.
- Service providers. Vendors that run pieces of the platform — cloud hosting, authentication, payment processing — see only what they need to do their job, under contractual confidentiality.
- Legal demands. When law, regulation, or a valid legal process requires disclosure, or when sharing is necessary to protect users, the public, or MoClaw’s rights, property, or safety.
- Corporate change of control. If MoClaw is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets, account data may transfer with the business. We’ll notify users to the extent applicable law requires.
4. Data Storage and International Transfers
Our servers are in Singapore. When you access the Service from somewhere else, your data crosses a border to reach those servers; by using MoClaw you consent to that transfer and to processing in Singapore.
We apply industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards both in transit and at rest.
5. Data Retention
While your account is active, we keep what we need to run the Service for you. After you close an account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days — unless a specific obligation (a legal hold, a regulatory record, an unresolved dispute, an enforceable agreement) requires us to keep something longer.
Conversation history (Input and Output) sticks around as long as your account does. You can request deletion at any time by emailing the address at the bottom of this page.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- See the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete that data, subject to limited exceptions (e.g., legal holds).
- Close your account at any time.
Email support@moclaw.ai to exercise any of these. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit and at rest, access controls scoped to job function, and regular security review. No service can guarantee perfect security on the open internet, but the platform is built around the assumption that the data inside it matters.
8. Children
MoClaw isn’t designed for people under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover an account belongs to a child, we delete the associated data promptly. Parents or guardians who suspect their child has signed up can email us to remove it.
9. Third-Party Links
Some links inside MoClaw will take you out of MoClaw. Once you click through, the destination’s privacy practices apply — not ours. Review their policies before sharing data.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We update this policy when something material changes. The new version replaces the old one on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top changes with it. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance of the updated policy.
